The moment they collect your package from us, you will be given a track and trace code.
If your track and trace code isn’t in your e-mail inbox, please check your spam folder. Failing that, contact us and we will fix it for you! This process could take up to a day.

Important Update – Shipments to the USA
Due to new import regulations in the United States, we are unfortunately no longer able to ship orders to the USA. These legal changes make international import of our product category impossible under the current rules.
We truly hope that the future will bring better opportunities and that regulations may allow us to resume deliveries again. We are still actively looking for a reliable local partner or distributor in the USA who can help make our products legally accessible within the country.
