Fast & Discreet Shipping
We ship orders on working days within 24 hours after payment has been received. To protect the quality of our products, we do not ship on Fridays. This prevents parcels from unnecessarily remaining in a carrier depot over the weekend.

Every shipment is fully trackable. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive Track & Trace information so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping from €99 to many of our most popular destinations. For other destinations, free shipping is available from €150 or €250. Check the table below for the exact threshold for your country.
Reliable Shipping with DHL & FedEx
After years of shipping our products throughout Europe, we primarily work with DHL and FedEx. In our experience, these carriers offer the best combination of reliable delivery, detailed tracking and successful delivery rates for our type of products.
DHL Home Delivery & Pickup Points
For the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria, orders up to and including 15 kg are shipped with DHL. At checkout, you can choose between DHL Home Delivery and a DHL ServicePoint / Locker, where available for your address.
FedEx Tracked Delivery
Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria weighing more than 15 kg are automatically shipped with FedEx Tracked Delivery. All other destinations listed below are also shipped with FedEx Tracked Delivery.
