Product Guarantee

We guarantee that all grow kits leave our facility fresh, sterile, and viable. Each kit is inspected and sealed before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If you experience visible contamination or failure to grow within 6 weeks from the dispatch date, please notify us as soon as possible.

In most cases, we will provide a replacement product or an alternative solution, depending on the nature of the issue and the information provided.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Clear photos or videos of the affected product

  • A description of how the kit was handled (storage, inoculation, and cultivation conditions)

We reserve the right to deny a replacement if the issue appears to result from improper handling, storage, contamination from external sources, or failure to follow the provided instructions.


Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing from MondoGrowKits.com, you agree to the following responsibilities:

Legal Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure that grow kits and related products are legal in your country or region. We do not assume liability for shipments seized or refused by customs or authorities due to local laws.

First Delivery Attempt

You must ensure that the package can be received at the delivery address. Grow kits are sensitive products, and delays in reception may impact their viability. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by missed deliveries or incorrect delivery information.

Proper Use

You are required to follow the instructions provided with the grow kit and any additional guidance available on our website. Improper handling, non-sterile working conditions, or incorrect storage may lead to contamination or failure.


Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the product without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Legal Withdrawal Timeframes

The following statutory timeframes apply:

1. Notification period
The consumer has 14 days after receiving the order to notify us that they wish to withdraw from the purchase.

2. Return period
After this notification, the consumer has another 14 days to return the product.

3. Refund period
After receiving the withdrawal notification, the webshop has 14 days to refund the order amount including the original shipping costs.

However, we may wait with the refund until:

  • the returned product has been received, or

  • the consumer has provided proof that the product has been returned.

Refunds will always be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping costs from the consumer to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.


Condition of Returned Products

During the withdrawal period, the consumer should handle the product and packaging with care. The product may only be unpacked or used to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the product or packaging is damaged more than necessary to test the product, we may charge the depreciation (loss of value) of the product to the consumer.

Consumers should therefore ensure that returned products are properly packaged and protected during return shipping.

Returned products must:

  • include all supplied accessories

  • be returned in original packaging when reasonably possible

  • be returned in the same condition as received

Exceptions & Limitations

We are not liable for any loss resulting from:

  • improper storage or use after delivery

  • contamination caused by external sources

  • environmental factors (e.g., extreme temperatures or humidity)

  • customs seizures or legal restrictions in the destination country.

Our grow kits are sold for educational and research purposes only, as stated in our terms and conditions. Cultivation may be restricted or illegal in certain jurisdictions.
