Consistent temperature helps create stable conditions for mycelium growth. The Mondo Mycelium Heat Mat with Controller provides gentle heat underneath your grow kit or grow bag and is especially useful when the room temperature is too low or fluctuates during colder periods.

The heat mat is available in two wattages, each matched to specific Mondo products.

Which Heat Mat Do I Need?

Choose the wattage that matches your grow kit or grow bag:

• 5W Heat Mat – suitable for Small 280cc and Medium 750cc Grow Kits
• 7W Heat Mat – suitable for Large 1200cc and Extra Large 2100cc Grow Kits, as well as the Grow Bag XL

Adjustable Controller

Each heat mat comes with an adjustable controller, allowing you to regulate the heat output depending on the temperature of your growing environment.

The low-wattage design provides gentle, controlled warmth rather than intense direct heat.

Use with a Silicone Heat Guard

For the best setup, we recommend placing a Silicone Heat Guard between the heat mat and your grow kit or grow bag. Placing a grow kit directly on a heat mat can create localised hot spots. The heat guard helps spread the warmth more evenly across the base and reduces the risk of overheating.

Recommended setup: Heat Mat → Silicone Heat Guard → Grow Kit or Grow Bag
